Super Numerary 2.0
Super numerary is more than just a café—it’s a blend of roastery, kitchen, and community space, all brought to life within a raw industrial shell. Ilimaf transformed the empty 500sqm tenancy into a fully functioning hospitality venue, complete with a standalone kitchen, customer café, office, and amenities.
One of the standout features is the custom booth seating framed in glass bricks—a design detail that anchors the space. Behind the scenes, the team coordinated slab penetrations, new gas lines, and dual metering to support
multiple operational zones. Built in just 8 weeks, this project balances warmth, durability, and technical precision.

Outcomes
1. Engineering meets craftsmanship. A great solution to reduce impact to the space, and visual of the area by eliminating ceiling rods and adding protagonism to the extraction systems of the kitchen and roastery.
2. Spoon drains to kitchen accesses eliminating water exiting the kitchen floor.
3. Outstanding manufacturing, detail and finishing of the stainless and furniture provides elegant lines to a minimal and impactful design.
